Sam Chia, PCC, is a seasoned professional who specializes in empowering leaders to drive positive change through leadership and business coaching.
Sam's expertise lies in helping individuals achieve sustainable and meaningful personal and professional growth. He equips leaders with the necessary tools and strategies to thrive in today's dynamic business landscape and make significant strides toward their goals.
Sam has over 30 years of working experience as a senior global business leader Executive Coach, and Consultant in diverse industries that include chemicals, professional services, technology, semiconductors, and financial institutions. He is a Certified Solutions Focused Coach and a Professional Certified Coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.
Joyce Tse is a certified trainer, coach, solution focused practitioner, and consultant for psychometric tools. With vast experience in Learning & Organizational Development across diverse industries, she is recognized as a Regional and Global Leader.
Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Organizational Development, APAC at OMRON Asia Pacific, Joyce exemplifies her commitment to inspiring growth by spearheading initiatives in Talent Development, Talent Management, and critical Organizational topics like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, driving positive change throughout the region.
Yi Ping Lee is a Certified Master Solution-Focused Practitioner by the International Alliance of Solution-Focused Teaching Institutes (IASTI), and Associate Certified Coach (ICF), she is an experienced youth mental healthcare professional with expertise on the identification and management of common youth mental illnesses such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders and psychosis. In her current role as Programme Lead and Principal Youth Support Worker with IMH’s Community Health Assessment Team (CHAT), her team actively seeks innovative ways to engage young people in distress for early help-seeking behaviour for their mental health concerns.
